Premium subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel your subscription through your device's app store settings.
Refund requests are handled according to the policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store through which you made your purchase. We do not directly process refunds for in-app purchases.
We may change subscription prices at any time. Price changes will take effect at the start of the next subscription period following the date of the price change. Continued use of the Service after the price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
You retain ownership of content you provide to the Service, including partner profiles, feedback, and other user-generated content ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and store such content to provide and improve the Service.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.
Our AI systems have limitations. We do not guarantee that AI-generated recommendations will be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for your specific situation.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JANUS AMOUR NEXUS, LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

If informal resolution fails, you and Janus Amour Nexus, LLC agree to resolve any disputes through binding arbitration rather than in court, except that either party may bring claims in small claims court if eligible.
Arbitration shall be conducted by JAMS under its Streamlined Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will take place in Virginia or another mutually agreed location. The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding.
YOU AND JANUS AMOUR NEXUS, LLC AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.
