8. Your Rights and Choices

8.1 Access and Portability

You can access most of your personal information directly through the app. You may request a copy of your data by contacting us.

You can update your account information and profiles directly in the app at any time.

8.3 Deletion

You can delete your account and associated data through the app settings or by contacting us. Upon deletion:

• Your account and profile data will be permanently deleted
• Your saved items and history will be removed

JANexus is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we learn we have collected information from a child under 18, we will delete that information promptly. If you believe we have information from a child under 18, please contact us.
